Working together

I use gentle pathways into the unconscious. Gestalt dreamwork enables the client to experience for him or herself the meaning of a dream. I do not impose my own interpretation. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is highly effective for reduction of post traumatic anxiety, whether the trauma is from childhood or from experiences in adulthood. Hypnosis facilitates dialogue with the unconscious. All of these tools enable the client to digest an appropriate portion of the unconcious’s wisdom, guidance, and healing. I also draw upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and various other modalities to tailor treatment to each client.
